Time can help save a life!

Corridor Rescue is run and powered by volunteers—and that means you can make a real difference. Every life we save exists because someone stepped up—and that someone could be you. From hands-on animal care to support work behind the scenes, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do.

Come join us and see the difference you can make! Step in, get involved, and discover the difference you can make—animals are counting on you!

Street Team

Corridor Rescue’s Street Team volunteers are on the front lines of our mission, feeding, monitoring, and helping rescue the hundreds of animals living along our 14-square-mile feeding route, known as the “Corridor of Cruelty.” They serve as our eyes and ears in the field—alerting us when a dog needs to enter the rescue, networking when we are at capacity, and educating residents about spay/neuter and responsible animal care.

While there is no required minimum number of hours to join the Street Team, each feeding route typically takes between 3–5 hours to complete. Volunteers should be prepared to work in all types of weather.

This volunteer position is 18+

We also have the occasional need for assistance with transporting our dogs to vet appointments/adoption events/back to the kennel

We reach out through email when we have a need.
