If ordering directly from our Amazon Wish List page:
When placing an order from our Amazon Wish List, our shipping address will be automatically inserted into the order, though the address will not be visible. When checking out, PLEASE be sure to check the box that says “This is a Gift”. That is the only way we will know who sent us the items and allows us to acknowledge that we have received them. Please don’t forget to log in to your igive.com account and then navigate to the Amazon website from the Amazon link on the give.com page. More information on iGive.com is below.
If ordering from other retailers to be shipped directly to us: Please make sure to complete the order form in a way that will let us know who the merchandise is from. There is usually a “this is a gift” option you can check.
If shipping items directly yourself: Please be sure to put a note inside the box with your name, mailing address and email address so we will know who it’s from and can properly show you our thanks and send you a receipt.
If you live in the Houston area and wish to personally drop off supplies: Donations can be dropped off at our storage locker the 1st and the 3rd Saturday of the month from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. The location is Uncle Bob's Storage, 2870 Gessner Rd, Houston – Unit #294. Donations can also be dropped off at our Adoption Events. CLICK HERE to view our adoption events schedule and locations.
